That hasn't happened to me. However, one of the heels on a pair of pumps broke off on me while at work. My remedy: I walked around the rest of the day on the toe of the shoe pretending that I hadn't lost the heel :) Overall I was fairly successful b/c most people didn't notice! Hehe!
