Dan and I spent the weekend  of the 5th of December entertaining our granddaughters.  The three older girls love coming over and spending the night but this was our youngest ones first night away from both parents.  Ace is only 18 months old and her parents wanted to have a baby moon before their second child is born.  We were more that happy to keep Ace and Dan and I decided that it might be nice to have all the girls over so we asked our daughter and son-in-law if they would like to have a weekend free of children.  Their ages are 15, 8, 6.  We had a such great time.  Ace did well and slept through the night on Friday and Saturday.  Samantha the oldest got to sleep in the same room with Ace and was not very excited when she woke up at seven on Saturday morning.   But then we let her sleep in and let her wake up on her own.
